There are ‘3’ options for refinishing wood floors.

  1. RS Simple Refinish – Can be completed in one day (most floors), minimal dust & odor, and budget friendly. A popular industry term for this process is “Screen and Recoat.”

2. Smooth Finish – The classic option often described historically as a “Sand & Refinish.” Requires 1-3 days of work depending on floor size, as well as 24 hours dry time.

3. Handcraped Finish – This has been around in its current form since early 2000’s and continues to be a popular style today. Similiar to a “Sand & Refinish” it incorporates adding depth and texture to the wood floor surface, and the project completion time is the same as the smooth finihsh
